Eric Cadham RMT, BIO
Eric is a proud graduate of the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy where he earned
his registration as an RMT. In both his educational journey and professional practice, Eric is
renowned for his exceptional understanding of human anatomy, clinical assessment, and tissue
and repair. His passion lies in helping patients achieve their unique goals, whether it’s reducing
pain, promoting optimal function, preventing injuries, or promoting stress reduction.
Expect nothing short of patient-centered care when you step into Eric’s treatment room. The
process begins with a thorough but short interview, followed by comprehensive assessment
and appropriate orthopedic testing. This meticulous approach ensures a clear understanding of
the patient’s limitations, injuries, and the path to a pain free lifestyle.
Eric employs a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including deep tissue
treatment, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, muscle energy
techniques, as well as active and passive release techniques. Regular reassessment is
seamlessly integrated into treatments to evaluate the progression of each patient’s recovery.
Beyond the treatment room, Eric is committed to the long-term well-being of his patients.
Expect an effective remedial home care plan that includes tailored strengthening exercises,
stretches and hydrotherapy recommendations. These personalized plans not only prolong the
benefits of the treatments but also assist with rehabilitation, aligning with each patient’s goals.
While Eric dedicates significant time to his career, he finds joy in staying active outside the
treatment room. Rock climbing, strength training and snowboarding are among his favorite
sports. You can also find him backpacking in the alpine or trail running with his boarder collie Layla.
In 2012, Mandy worked as an exercise specialist at pro physio in Ottawa Ontario, helping to rehabilitate people with orthopedic, neurological, spinal injuries, pre and post surgeries. This intensive 3 year program was designed by an Osteopath and Medical Doctor-Neurologist from Europe, Dr. Igor Norets. Mandy has been able to integrate her osteopathic skills since 2017. She has helped people of all ages with acute and chronic pain by applying her training and experience in manual therapy for a variety of different systems such as visceral manipulations, lymphatic drainage, cranial, craniosacral, myofascial, neurological, and orthopedic. She completed her case study thesis project on “using a lymphatic approach to treating knee pathologies”, focusing on a whole body approach treating edema within the body and it’s correlation to the treatment of knee pathologies.
She loves to spend her free time outdoors hiking, biking, kayaking, camping! Especially playing with her baby boy, Thomas.
